Plastic injection moulding, the heart of the company, is made up of injection presses with a power of between 50 and 450 tonnes that allow to get printed pieces weighing about 1200 grams.

Some of the raw materials used in accordance with current regulations are the followings: Polypropylene (PP), Nylon (PA, 6-66-12), Acetal (POM), Polivinylchloride (PVC), Polycarbonate (PC), Acrylate Butadiene Stirolo (ABS ), Polystyrene (PS), Polyethylene (PE), Styrene Acrylic Nitrile (SAN), Polyurethane (PU), Rubber, Polybutylenterephthalate (PBT), Polysulfone (PSU), Fluorinated polymers (KYNAR) in additive and non-additive versions, blend and colored as sample. In addition to the moulding department, there is an assembling bench for assembly and final products testing: the company is able to design and build specific test benches for any kind of need.
